The hit this weekend was definitely the Frozen Watermelon Margarita!

5 C watermelon, rind removed, seeded, cubed
1 C silver tequila
1/2 C lime juice
1/2 C Triple Sec
1/4 C sugar (I used agave syrup to be more authentico!)

Freeze the watermelon overnight in an airtight container. Blend all together. Yum!
This makes quite a lot, so you might want to halve it.

I did want to share this story:
Yesterday I celebrated my one year anniversary with my mans! Since it was a Monday, we went to lunch. We ordered, but then waited forever!! Turns out the waiter put in the wrong table number with our order and when it was ready, the food went to that wrong table and the people ATE IT ANYWAY! I mean, who does that? It meant free desserts for us, but we boggled for the rest of the time.
